THREE fire engines from Hatherleigh and Okehampton were mobilised to reports of a traffic accident at Spires Cross, Sampford Courtenay, on November 28.

On arrival, crews confirmed all persons involved were out of their vehicles, which were then made safe.

The incident involved a car and a lorry.
