A POPULAR gardener and author will be giving a talk in Okehampton about gardening and the satisfaction which can be gained from revitalising a piece of waste land.
Author and 'guerilla gardener' Richard Reynolds will be holding the talk at Okehampton Library on Wednesday February 18 at 7pm.
Mr Reynolds, who has appeared on Gardeners' World and The One Show, will give a talk and slide show about his experiences of gardening on derelict land and neglected space.
Executive member for culture, Cllr Sheila Hobden, said: 'Richard is a fascinating character and Okehampton Library will be one of the first talks he is doing on his current tour.'
