THE Christmas coffee morning was held at Tamar Valley Methodist Church. Despite atrocious weather, there was a large number attending. There were various stalls, including cake and bric a brac, and a knitting stall manned by members of the Knit and Natter group, one of the groups which use the building. More than £300 was raised for Action For Children, previously known as National Children's Homes.
