ZEAL travelled to Chumleigh on Saturday expecting a close game which turned out to be the case ? until Zeal took the lead after 20 minutes following good passing between Steve Pillivant and Harley Cann, who after hitting the crossbar finished well from the rebound.

It was now all Zeal with Pillivant, Cann, Reilly and Gilbert prominent in causing the home defence severe problems.

It ended up with Harley Cann completing his hat-trick before half-time and the home side netting once via a disputed free kick.

Although Chumleigh started to play better in the second half Zeal?s defence were just too good. Zeal started to create more chance and completed the victory when Harley Cann (2) and Steve Pillivant completed the scoring to give them a well deserved victory.

This week home to Okehampton, kick-off 3pm.
