PARISHONERS are invited to Gulworthy Parish Church on Tuesday (June 29) to attend the tri-ennial Gift Day.

Gift Day is an opportunity for people in the parish who appreciate the presence and outreach of St Paul's Church to make a donation in support.

The Rev Michael Brierley, priest-in-charge, will sit at the church gate from 8.30am to 4pm to greet callers and receive their gift.

On the following Sunday (July 4) the church will be celebrating its patron saint, St Paul, with a special family service followed by a bring-and-share picnic in Gulworthy School field with games for all the family.

Everyone is welcome and are encouraged to include food with some Fairtrade ingredients.
