SIMMONS Park car park in Okehampton will be 'Free after Four' throughout December from Edwardian Evening onwards.

As of Thursday, December 6, car parking charges at the car park will be waived after 4pm in the car park every day from December 6 to January 1 in an effort to increase footfall in the town centre and support local business, in particular the smaller traders.

It is the second year he council have carried out such a measure.
