THE University of the Third Age will be holding a special social afternoon next week.
The event will take place at Fairplace Church in Okehampton on Thursday, July 28 and aims to give old and new members the chance to chat and get to know each other.
Anyone in their 'third age' (no longer in full time employment) is welcome to attend the meeting which starts at 2.30pm. Tea and biscuits will be provided.
