THE Tamar Valley will be in the spotlight as an exhibition of local photographers? work goes on display, paying tribute to the area?s heritage through its distinctive buildings and structures. Winning shots from the 2005 Tamar Valley Tourism Association (TAVATA) photo competition will be on show at Callington Library between October and 10 and 15 and at Saltash Library between October 17 and 22. The exhibition can be viewed during normal library opening hours, and there is no admission charge. Photos from the exhibition will also feature in the 2006 TAVATA calendar, which is on sale and costs £6.50, available from local post offices, Tavistock and Saltash bookshops and tourist information offices.
