David Inman and Cathy Aubertin from West Devon Borough Council will be guest speakers at the meeting, providing details of the council?s plans for parking in the town.
The meeting will also receive feedback and reports from groups.
The December meeting heard of plans to celebrate the bicentenary of the canal this year, for a Hoppa Bus, proposals to floodlight Abbey bridge and create an annual music and arts festival, among other items.
The meeting will be upstairs at the Ordulph Arms at 7.30pm on January 23 ? all are welcome to attend.
