Callington Girls U11s 3 Tavistock Girls U11s 0 TAVISTOCK started strongly and the defence of Bassett, Oliver and Leech worked hard, stopping attacks. Case, the sole striker, worked tirelessly, chasing every ball, but it was McCall in goal who earned the player of the match by pulling off saves. The match was fast and physical so Tavistock made use of the roll on roll off rule with Kirsty Heard and Toni Hoare injecting much needed energy into the game. Callington made it 1-0, then moments later 2-0. Tavistock played better in the second half with Hodge showing skill on the ball and Case covering every blade of grass. Tavistock started to attack and Heard was moved up to midfield, while Hoare partnered striker Case.
