A WEST Devon restaurant will be showing off the skills of its chefs at a food and drink festival in April.

Brown's Hotel in Tavistock will be among four other of the region's best restaurants to show off their skills and serve signature dishes to visitors of the Exeter Festival of South West Food and Drink from April 13 to 15.

The Gourmet on the Go feature at the festival in Northernhay Gardens, offers the chance to taste the food of some of the region's top restaurants and enjoy menus inspired by the South West's best produce when established restaurants set up shop in the heart of the festival.
