OKEHAMPTON Colts played their first game for three years and started with a win at Oaklands Park.

The scoring was opened after good work from the pack by Alistair Jewell, who touched down in the corner. The try was converted by Eddie Mann.

Playing with the wind and slope, Okehampton continued to dominate and were rewarded with a second try from Simon Medlyn, who ran through their pack to score.

In the second half Okehampton won the game thanks to resolute defending although conceding two late tries.
