CHARLES Darwin will make an appearance in Tavistock next week, for this year's first meeting of the local group of the Devon Wildlife Trust.

Doug Herdson will be dressing as Charles Darwin to give a talk about the famous naturalist's life and his ideas.

The talk is on Wednesday February 10, at 8pm at the Parish Church Centre on Plymouth Road.
