HUNDREDS of cyclists (pictured), including many from West Devon, pedalled through Tavistock this weekend in the blazing heat.
They were taking part in Dartmoor Classic Cyclosportive, now in its fourth year, which attracted 2,200 cyclists and is run by Mid Devon Cycle Club.
The sportive began at Abbrook Park Sports and Social club in Kingsbridge, South Devon then through the Dartmoor national park and on to the beautiful Teign Valley.
Proceeds from the cycle went to charities including Shelterbox and World Cycle Relief.
