OLDER people can enjoy what the Upper Lounge at Tavistock Area Support Services (TASS) has to offer with the launch of Fitness for Fun.

The Fitness for Fun aim is to give people the time to keep fit with Wii Fit, enjoy a game of scrabble or whist and an opportunity to browse the internet at the Thursday drop in sessions.

Andy Lyle, manager of TASS, said: 'We hope to deliver a wide range of new activities in the upper lounge where people can come and enjoy a cuppa, a laugh and use the equipment at the centre.'

Fitness for Fun runs every Thursday from 10.30am to 12.30pm, at the Anchorage Centre in Chapel Street, Tavistock.
