AT the coffee morning held at Bookworm-Alley on Friday morning July 2, an amount of £310 was raised.
The money is for the education of the Banderpatti pavement children in Calcutta which is a project operated from the Salvation Army Services Centre and I wish to thank all the helpers and supporters of the this cause.

A BIG thank you to all the parents, staff, pupils and ex-pupils who helped with the Whitchurch School Association summer fair on Friday July 2.
Thanks to the police and fire brigade for their support and everyone who came to spend money.
Despite the weather, we raised £2,323 which will be used to update the computer system in school.
