ANYONE who is a novice with a computer and wants to get to grips with handling their machines should take advantage of special computer introduction courses being run in Sticklepath this summer.
The courses are run by the Stepping On Project through Okehampton College?s adult learning department and are being held in the village hall.
A taster session, which is an introduction to computers, the internet and e-mail will be held on May 28 and June 4 from 7.30pm until 9pm. The course costs £5.
An introductory course to the internet and e-mail is also being held on June 11, 18 and 25, from 7pm until 9pm, also in the village hall at Sticklepath. The cost of this course is £12.To book on either course, call Christine Munkenbeck on 01837 53800.
