THE Acoustic Café, Tavistock's monthly live music charity event takes place once again this Saturday, February 27 at the Parish Church Centre in Plymouth Road.

The evening will feature contemporary folk, blues and jazz music from a variety of talented local musicians and there will be a selection of delicious home cooked food on offer. Diners are welcome to bring their own wine or beer to accompany their meal.

Proceeds this month will go to The Animals Asia Foundation, a Devon based charity which works to alleviate the suffering of animals in the Far East.

Admission to the Acoustic Café is £6 and doors open at 7.30pm.
