PLEASE allow me to pay tribute in your pages to the volunteer work of the local Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB).

Their prompt, professional and practical intervention through the home visiting service, recently turned for us a refused bid for attendance allowance into a successful application. The grant will make all the difference in organising care for my wife, who has Alzheimer's Disease.
