Tavistock and District Chamber of Commerce (TDCC) has said it is looking for more input from its members to make the organisation ‘more successful’.
The group is currently in the process of undergoing a corporate rebranding, having recently unveiled a new logo and launched a new website, www.tdcc.business
The new logo has a new strapline to typify the chamber’s ethos; ‘Driven by its members for its members’.
TDCC social media secretary Clair Wellsbury-Nye has designed the website and been closely involved with the chamber of commerce’s rebranding efforts.
Speaking at TDCC’s most recent meeting, she said: ‘We are trying to live by our new strapline. There is no point in the chamber of commerce having a committee that says “do this and do that” to its members.
‘The more input we can get from our members, the more likely that the chamber will be more successful. If people want a presentation about a certain issue, or want to learn more about a certain topic, or want something else from our meetings, we really want to know so we can do that. All we would say to our members is to come and get involved!’
