The groups had the brief to create something ‘bright and cheerful’ and to showcase the various groups that TASS runs, as well as Girlguiding.
The Rainbows made the bunting, the Brownies created the TASS bus and decorated jigsaw puzzle pieces which depicted the TASS groups — eg. Brunch Club at Wetherspoons and trips to the seaside.
The display was finished off with the girls signature trefoils, on which the Brownies wrote things they love about Tavistock/living in Tavistock. One of them said ‘I like living in Tavistock because everyone is kind’ which everyone thought summed up their lovely town!
