A WEST Devon WI group were pleased to present a cheque to a Tavistock Hospital cancer outreach programme recently.

The Albaston WI held a coffee morning to raise money for the Tavistock Triangle Centre and the Chemotherapy Outreach Project, at the Methodist Hall in Albaston recently.

The proceeds of £136.44 were received by Lesley Gibson, fundraising o-ordinator for the charity, who also gave a talk on the services offered in Tavistock for cancer patients and their carers bringing treatment and support closer to home.
