OWNERS of a West Devon bed and breakfast are celebrating after receiving a top award for the third year in a row.

Barnabas House Bed and Breakfast in Yelverton, was recently awarded Trip Advisor's prestigious 2012 Certificate of Excellence.

Carolyn and Ian Tiley, who took over the business in 2008, have been delighted with their guests' responses to the refurbished rooms and excellent standard of customer service.

Carolyn said: 'We'd like to thank all the local people who have supported us by sending their family and friends to stay. It just goes to prove that small businesses can achieve big things with the right attitude and hard work, and we are delighted to win the award once again.'
