A REWARD is being offered, following the theft of valuable camera equipment from a car in Tavistock.

Police have appealed for information after the equipment, worth more than £10,000, went missing from the car between 7.30pm on July 5 and 11.30am on July 6. The car had been parked in Beadle Court.

The items stolen included a Nikon D3X camera body, serial number 5024438; a Nikon 70 to 200 mm zoom lens, serial number 20073686; a Nikon 14 to 24mm lens, serial number 302600; a Nikon 24 to 70mm lens, serial number 487981; a Nikon 105 lens, serial number 2021576; a Nikon 50mm lens, serial number 307030; a Nikon SB900 flash unit, serial number 2423140; a Low Promagum bag; a Nikon D50 digital camera and a Nikon 70 to 300mm lens.

The owner of the equipment is offering a reward for information leading to its safe return.
