TAVISTOCK'S monthly music charity event is back to entertain audiences this Saturday (May 29).

The Acoustic Café is again hosting a variety of talented local musicians for a contemporary folk, blues and jazz evening at the Parish Church Centre on Plymouth Road.

This month the proceeds from the evening will go to the Santa Rosa Fund, which is a Tavistock-based charity, raising funds for educational initiatives and projects in Nicaragua.

A selection of home-cooked food will be on offer and visitors are welcome to bring their own wine or beer to accompany their meal.

Admission to the Acoustic Café is £6 and doors open at 7.30pm.
