Three Okehampton cyclists entered the town to applause as they neared the end of their 1,019-mile journey from John O?Groats to Land?s End last week. Robert Cunliffe, John Short and Geoff Hoather embarked on the adventure to raise money for the Okehampton Lions Club?s local charity fund. Although the group do not yet know how much they raised, they expect it to be a significant amount and would like to thank their sponsors and driver Martin Butland for their support.
