WHY can't we catch a train from Okehampton to Exeter during the week? It just doesn't make any sense, all of these people commuting back and forth to Exeter on a daily basis.
As long as the infrastructure was set up, the local bus service could easily include the station and those that needed to park could do so.
Surely it would be common sense to catch a train for Exeter? It would reduce car emissions, congestion and stress.
So, come on, Okehampton Town Council, why not ask the people of Okehampton what they would like?
