THE Lamerton Point to Point will be held at Kilworthy, Tavistock, on Sunday, (March 26). Kilworthy is on the A386 Tavistock to Okehampton road and the course will be clearly signposted.

Despite the wet spring the forecast is for a dry day and organisers are expecting some excellent racing. The course is in excellent condition with two fences having been completely rebuilt. There are a good number of declared runners with some good quality horses likely to run and there will be six races starting at 1pm. The maiden may be split on the day giving an extra race.

The entry track has been improved and there is temporary access matting for the lorries and there will be extra matting for the car park access.

Kilworthy remains an excellent viewing course for spectators and an exciting day out for all the family.
