BERE Alston Trekkers (Bats) held their annual Big Breakfast last Saturday in the village hall. 

The event was well supported by other groups in the village and raised £650.  This money will be used to finance the Bere Pen 10k road race in May which, in turn, will raise money to be shared with other community groups and local worthy causes.
