THE sun shone in the south east as three members of Tavistock Triathlon Club travelled to Box End Aquathlon near Milton Keynes.

For the first of the qualification races for the World Triathlon Championships to be held in London over last year's Olympics course in September.

They were competing amongst the best of the UK's age group athletes and competition was very intense. They will discover if they've qualified at a later date.
