The West Devon side were represented by Steve Tripp, Clive Marais, Stuart Cox, Nigel Eadie and Paul Trueman.
It was another close match although Virgin Active had home advantage and won 4-1.

Clive Marais, playing his first game for the Tavistock club, made a man of the match winning start after coming back from losing the first game to win 3-1.
Stuart Cox and Nigel Eadie both struggled with their game and with neither really getting going lost 3-0. Paul Trueman, who was also playing his first team game, was 1-1 after two games but struggled a bit with the courts and went on to lose 3-1.
Tavistock have won three out of the eight games so far this season.
The team's next game is a home fixture against University Students 2 on March 13.
