A FAST moving open game belied the goalless score line with both teams failing to convert multiple scoring chances.

Tavistock dominated the field possession and had the lions share of opportunities, but where stretched from fast counter attacks from the Truro midfield pair.

Man of the match Kevin Lethbridge for Tavistock had a strong  game as sweeper, his short corner shots being thwarted by excellent keeping from Truro.

An international flavour was added to the Tavistock squad through the return of Shane Lovett — recently returned from playing in South Africa.
