Tavistock Squash Club has set up a new ‘academy’ for local children who want to get active and give the sport a go.

It has lined up a number of coaches and helpers and is looking to start with a Saturday morning coaching session for one hour from either 10am or 11am. The club can provide all the equipment needed and anyone interested only needs a clean pair of indoor non marking sports shoes to be able to join in. It will be free to start with and membership of the club is not necessary for the academy players, but parental consent will be required.
