THE final placement for the Tavistock Tennis Club teams who played in the Plymouth and District League are as follows:

Division one — Men's A remain in the top division. Division three - men's B has been promoted to division two and men's C has been demoted to division four. Division four — men's D. Division six — men's F will remain as they are, while division five men's E will join the men's F in division six.

Division one — ladies A will go into division two and the ladies B will change places with them as they have been promoted to division one.

Division four — ladies C remain in their current position.

Now that school holidays have ended, Linden Hardisty has finished his midweek coaching sessions for juniors but will start his autumn programme after school on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. For details call him on 07956548249.

The finals of the Summer Knockout Tournament will take place at the club in the Meadows on Saturday, September 21 at 2pm. Spectators are welcome.
