THE Devon and Exmoor Sheepdog Society held a trial on Saturday at Week Farm, Brentor. The open driving was judged by Walter Passmore from Okehampton; 42 ran.          

Results: 1, T Griffiths from Lydney, with dog Sam, 87 points;  2, R Watson, Postbridge, Juno 84;  3, J. Nicholls, Buckland Brewer, Joe 80; 4, M Fox, Dorchester, Gem 77;  5, J Harper, Jacobstowe, Lilly 76;  6, R. Montgomery, Ollie 75OLF.

OLF Cup, T Griffiths from Lydney with Sam; highest pointed ordinary member, R Watson from Postbridge with Junol highest pointed ordinary member over two runs, R Watson, Postbridge, with Juno on 84 and Gwen on 75.

At the same venue the next day the Westcountry Driving Championship took place. The open driving was judged by Carol Worgan from Chulmleigh. 46 ran.
