BOTH teams started strong, each making fast-paced attacks. Strong passing between the Okehampton midfield led to a quick goal for the home side from Hope Jewell.

Torbay remained strong but Okehampton kept their cool and soon player of the match Rachel Adams scored their second goal after accurate passing from Viv Weatherington and Annebelle Rademaker.

During the second half, the Okehampton defence of Sandy Douglas, Rochelle Woollacott, Debbie Pritchard and Anna Speak were tested during a series of short corners, but goal keeper Alice Wiseman stayed calm.

Oke scored their third after Alex Collins slotted the ball in from the post.
