WITH regular players missing from the first team line-up, Tavistock paid the price with the loss of their unbeaten home record at Sandy Park in the league this season.

All credit to the Cornish side who had not won away this season and are below the Moorlanders in the table.

The visitors kept it tight and played well in the conditions.

Two tries from prop Doug Wood and one from winger Alan Daniels were the difference between the two teams.
