TAVISTOCK Colts welcomed back their captain, second row Theo Cousins, after he represented South West Counties U18s last weekend. Theo had already played for Devon this season and was one of only two players selected from the county for the regional side. He now hopes to stake a claim for the England Counties U18s’ side.
