AT Okehampton Golf Club on Saturday a large field contested the November Stableford Turkey Trot competition.

The winner of division one with 44 points was Richard Reid second came Del Owen with 41 and third with 39 points was Martin Cox. Division two was won by Paul MacDonald with 43ps; Alan Grimshaw was second with 40 points followed by Paul Ayris who came third with 39. Ashley Arscott won division three with 41pts; second was Alan Jeffery on 40 with Tony Fisher on 38 in third.

Okehampton's ladies competed in the Jarman Bowl Fourball Betterball competition. The winning team were Michelle Abel and Sylvie Gowers with a winning score of 41pts,

The last medal competition of the year was played in perfect conditions.

The winner of the silver division was Lin Atkinson with nett 70, second was Abby Turner with nett 71 and third was Sue Williams with nett 79. In the bronze division the winner was Michelle Abel with nett 76, second was Lorna McCurrach with nett 77 and third was Lorna Evans with nett 82.
