OKEHAMPTON Otters Swimming and Lifesaving club took 13 swimmers to the Exeter Sprints on September 22.

Five of the Otters competed in their first competition, enjoying their day and did superbly. The Otters achieved six medals in total and 32 personal best times out of 48 events.

Otters head coach David Dennis said: ‘I’m very proud of our achievements at the Sprints. We have a very talented squad who are easy to look after and fun to coach. They are a young squad with a huge desire to do well and achieve personal best times. Well done to everyone who took part.’
