DESPITE a 38 from Chris Cottrell and a 29 not out by Steven Colmer and a 26 by Chris Vinson a total of 161-7 by Yelverton Bohemians seconds was not good enough to beat Abbotskerswell who had put 210 on the board — mainly through a 66 by M Penrice and a 49 by S Green.

Abbotskerswell (18 points) beat Yelverton (8pts) by 42 runs.
