TAVISTOCK Swimming Club started their 'Masters' sessions at Meadowlands pool on Tuesday for those people who would like to take their swimming to a higher level.

People must be more than 18 years-old (older participants are actively encouraged) and swim four lengths lengths continuously. Simply swim for fun and fitness, or work towards being a competitive swimmer, there is expertise within the club, from short distance swimming to triathlon, and a friendly environment to help you reach these goals and beyond.

The main sessions will be held every Tuesday from 8-9pm at Meadowlands Leisure Pool.
