ON Saturday South West Kickboxing Academy and Martial Arts head coach Steve Lilley travelled up to Worcester to train again with former Cage Warriors’ champion and former UFC fighter and osteopath Rosi Sexton.

Steve said: ‘Rosi’s seminar focused on injury prevention, prehabilitation and attacking the neck region of a fighter. This was an interesting session looking at some interesting ideas for students. I also spoke with Rosi about returning to Tavistock to deliver a session to the students and other local martial artists.

The club’s April kickboxing student of the month was won by Courtney Pollard for her hard work returning from a break from training.
