TAVYSIDE Badminton is celebrating its first successes at junior level with James Hockridge earning the effort medal at U11s boys and Ellie Drage coming runner-up in the U16s girls singles at the recent Plymouth Junior Badminton Tournament.

Tavyside Badminton is a new initiative set up by BAT's Badminton Club at Tavistock Community Sports Centre on a Saturday morning.  

The session is run by Badminton England trained coaches and is aimed at junior players who wish to develop their badminton skills.
