ON Sunday members of Hurdwick Golf Club and guests took part in a Stableford competition to raise funds for Help for Heroes.  There were some good scores returned with the winner on a superb 43 points being Leigh Gardiner; second with 41 points was Neil Edwards and third, on the same score was Stuart Orchard. Members and guests raised some £230 for the Help for Heroes charity.
