ISCA D 4
Okehampton A 0
OKEHAMPTON A travelled to Exeter again missing some key players.
Success comes from confidence and Okehampton were unlucky not to take an early lead. A swift move down the right hand side found Chris Luxton, whose reverse flick looked destined for the roof of the net, however the ISCA goalkeeper somehow managed to keep the ball out.
More Okehampton pressure ensued but it was ISCA who took the lead and soon after Okehampton went back into their shells.
Despite their man of the match Simon Bourne's effortless running a second goal for ISCA soon followed.
At half time captain Brett Lawson called the changes and asked for more width from his team. It appeared to work but two quick goals from ISCA saw then take a 4 - 0 lead.
Okehampton pressed and started to play some good passing hockey. Another move involving Luxton created a good chance for Dan Rademaker who just could not get enough of the ball to at least get one back for the away side.
This was a far better performance from Okehampton then the score line suggests.
