A GROUP for young people with learning and physical disabilities won gold at the South West Youth Games in Okehampton.

SNAP is a social and active group run in Okehampton by OCRA and local parents for people aged ten to 25 years. At the South West Youth Games in Simmons Park on July 9, SNAP were part of Team West Devon, which incorporated 180 young people in 15 different sports.

They won gold in the ability multisport event, which involved six different sports skills.

OCRA expressed thanks to ROC Active and the Devon FA for helping to facilitate a great ability event for teams from across Devon and Cornwall.
