ONLY one month to go and time to limber up for the Tavy Comic Relief Mile.

Organised by Tavistock Athletic Club the big Red Nose day event takes place at Tavistock College on Sunday, March 17.

It really is for all ages and abilities and organisers are hoping that £5,000 will be raised for the Comic Relief charities which 'aims to improve the lives of poor and disadvantaged people' at home and abroad.

Participants will be responsible for collecting their own sponsorship and sending it to Comic Relief.

The club hopes that everyone in the area can come along and raise some money, whatever the amount, and have a lot of fun doing it.

Organisers will be giving the wearer of the best fancy dress a prize of £20.
