HORRABRIDGE controlled from the start with first goal of the game coming from Leon Bignell.

Collecting the ball on the outside of the area, he skilfully took it past two defenders before elegantly lofting the ball over the goalkeeper.

Rangers’ second came from Bailey who timed his run perfectly to smash it home from close range after Bignell’s corner was flicked on by Underwood.

The second half saw Horrabridge claim their third with Wiseman collecting a Gibbings pass, then taking it past a defender and calmly lifting it over the keeper.

However, they could not keep the clean sheet with Hooe ghosting in at the back post and heading the cross back past a stranded Hobbs. A new defensive partnership of Bailey and new signing Martin looks promising for the future.

This was a solid display of teamwork by Horrabridge.
