The ball fell to Burns and his fierce shot was handled by a defender on the goal line. The referee immediately pointed to the penalty spot and gave the defender a red cad for deliberate handball. Jack Crago made no mistake as he rammed the spot kick home.

The Lambs continued to dominate the game and with seven minutes remaining, another fine pass from Tallan Burns allowed Liam Prynn to rifle the ball home to make it 3-0 and secure a place in the next round, when they will entertain Frome Town of the Southern League on Saturday, August 24; kick off is at 3pm.

There were a number of good performances, but man of the match was Callum Watson, who with Dave Hallett controlled the middle of the park.
